My setup is 4.8 - 9 - 13 on 1.1m dish. Hotbird LNB beams to the edge of little forest so I was unable to get 19E. 36E I get from another dish 60cm.

Is it easy to orient each lnb to the selected satellite? Is it enough 80 cm in diameter for all the satellites?

Very impressive - a span of nearly 20degrees! I currently have a span from Thor 0.8W to Astra 1 19E and even that require careful positioning of the outermost LNBs

This is my second dish, form right to left -> 0,8W - Alps Quad, 4W/5W - GT-SAT GT-LST40, 12,5W - GT-SAT GT-LST40, 15W - some old 0,6 dB LNB.
dish 85cm, DiseQc EMP-Centauri P.164-IW.

I'm kind of afraid you won't be able to place 9 and 7 at the same time. 2 degrees is not too much. I got 9 and 13 on 1.1 and they are touching each other. Maybe some thin LNB would be a solution...

I use Alps and inverto lnb, all slim.

I have 120cm dish , center 19E and I have recetion from 13E, 16E, 9-10E and 7E.

You must know that the distance between lnb is bigger when you use bigger dish.
And of course can be done only with slim lnb, no normal.

I have made a DIY Multifeed holder with light metal that can be put lnb without any space between them.

You could modify two lnb's with a bit of duct tape for a 2° spacing. Not ideal but I have seen it done.
Failing that just get a bigger dish. The bigger the dish the bigger the spacing between lnb's.

I have one of them multi focus dishes (with 4 lnbs - 13-19-23-28 - think about 85 cm) and all working very well (Belgium).

By looking at the prices of these LNB's. It makes it a lot expensive to have 4 LNB's and a multifeed arm. Whilest a decent quality motor on ebay costs about £35-£40. I am not an experrt and will always follow senior's advice but a motor will work well for my budget.
