If I'm not mistaken all new HD subscriptions can be done only with the skyboxHD

sad but true, but that's precisely the whole point of this countermeasure ...

only authorized (+ afaik I know can be monitored 100%) boxes possible (atm of course - who knows what comes next, but I'm not very positive this time).

Lets hope so my friend.
Its been a good run for sly hd.
But
as most sat users motorised their is many sats
to view which other providers use hd.
So chns like for example > nat geo tcm animal
planet. Films viasat.
Can always be watched instead of relying on
sly platforms.

by next tues 1 st July we expect that all the hd channels will be gone.all that remains until now are only 6 channels , which are sky 3d , sky news hd, bt sports 1 + 2 hd, film 4 hd and espn hd.

Not Until around 5.5 million SD subscribers have had the receivers changed for a HD one

It is going to take years to move the non HD subscribers to HD boxes. Looks like SD will be around for ages yet, I'm happy to stick with SD!

I wonder why Sky news HD and Film 4 HD are still on. I thought they would have gone by now.
