1)camd35 protocol - extend logmessage if oscam client receives a CMD08

2)camd35 protocol - reactivate sleepsend parameter. In case of a sleeping user a CMD08 become send with 2 Bytes. The first byte is 0x00 and the second byte is the value of parameter sleepsend (0-255) normally this
second byte should let the native camd3 sleep for this value (minutes)

Version 0.90 Final 08.10.10 the stabilisation period is now complete and would now not every Bug perform, but the main .... 
* there were few problems with the Mini Glotze bzw. recording, if periodic recordings were programd. 
* SPORADIC Aufnahmeversuche recording Mangers should be fixed. 
* Audio/Video in the Miniglotze should now EVERYWHERE (even in the VM's) go. 
* Miniglotze breaks. * Direktaufnahmen now go back under Stereo / AC3 ... * min. Bug Fixes. New Features: * the Media Server served now also (among many other formats) TS Files (also in HD). * New Sync-API is now working properly, have simultaneously under VM "Start - Trek" in "normal" and MPEG parallel on the Host System the same Film in HD :). Glotzen abortions when I could not say more. Note: from tomorrow, it starts with another Feature development ....
