Re: Spiderbox Owners Chat!
Apologies yes your correct but it appears limited to 10 shares and only through newcamd similar to what the £50 Skybox F3 can do. Although personally i would never risk this with newcamd as the recipient with oscam on the other end could abuse the situation

It can only share internally on your own home network and not externally like a Linux receiver.Leave a comment:

Re: Spiderbox Owners Chat!
If you clear all limits on the motor settings then try again if this works then reset your east and west limitsLeave a comment:

Re: Spiderbox Owners Chat!
Have you tried turning the sat limit off in motor settings ?Since the beginning I have only used my 5000 for the channels that were on it.
But now I have been trying to explore some of the other satellites and have noticed a peculiar thing.
As I move from East to West the motor moves between selected Sat's perfectly until I get to Thor and then if I select another Sat west of that the motor drives the dish East again!
What have I done wrong?
All the eastern ones are fine but I cant access the western ones.
Is it a motor fault or a user fault (me)?

May take me a long time to get to 100 posts, I don´t have much knowledge to make many useful posts, but i´ll try to participate.
Can I ask you - on the premium server site it says - new members can only use twice a day, what exactly does this mean.Leave a comment:

Re: Spiderbox Owners Chat!
The Spiderbox 9000 can be used as both Client and Server if you so desire, it has the ability to do both. just be sure not to share any lines from Satlover Forum = Instant Ban.

@jeanpick
I had tried the free servers a few times before deciding to get pay servers. I've tested 27 packages (loads more cards connected) so far on 23.5E, 13E, 16E, 19.2E, 7E, 1W, 30W, 28.2/5E, 4.8E, 9E, very impressed.
If you are struggling with the free servers, I think its only about £10 to test the pay server for a month. I plumped for the 4 month for £36 option.
True the Spiderbox can only be used as client. You need to buy some hardware for your PC and install oscam (or similair) if you want your own proper server as well (or basic entry to having a server thru Spiderbox or thru Fausto v1.45 and a CAS Interface 3+ or Prog Bee card reader).Leave a comment:
