You could also try Newcamd as well. Because satlovers c lines are down at the moment it would be best to ****** free cccam or newcamd lines and see what you can find

    hi Darth vader

try the search function, sure you'll find some useful threads (such as eg: http://www.sl-forums.com/forum/satel...for-cline.html ; http://www.sl-forums.com/forum/card-...rbox-help.html ; http://www.sl-forums.com/forum/card-...ox-9000hd.html) - but tbh: not sure if this is 100% the same as on the 7000hd

If I remember wright it struggles over 100gb and it also needs to be formatted by the box.

    Re: Spiderbox Owners Chat!

I checked the HDD on my computer and it worked fine, it also played back the stuff that was recorded on it without problems, the one I was using was an 80GB one that I fitted in a caddy so no problem with drive size in my case. It worked faultlessly for about 2 months and then started freezing, and then re-booting, the only thing I could think of was that maybe the disk was not parking correctly and when asked to record it was drawing too much current, although as it was powered directly I am not sure if that could have been the reason.

Have you checked in the manual at what is the maximum size that you can use, this used to happen when to large a drive was used

Happened me with a hard drive I was using some time back, it had been working fine then started with freezes in playback and then reboots. I have now gone back to using Usb sticks(64Gb) and no problems at all. Unfortunately now gathering a collection of Usb sticks, Lol.

Just delete all the channels and do a rescan on the sats you want less than 10 mins a sat and you will be upto date.

if there is a problem with getting the latest channel list do a rescan and make your own list i know its a bit long winded but you can then make it the way you want it

I was going to upload the Latest Billybits list here but for some reason and its been quite a while now the Forum will not accept Uploads to the site direct which means you have to use offsite uploading which in my opinion is silly as most of these sites lose your uploads after only a few hours/days etc..
