Tried it again now configure the Sky it+3d on transponders 11785H and 12207H no signal in any options, on the advice of bokkie started checked transponder 10723H, there is a signal and channels prescribed. Even with transponder Sky Italia 10775H there is a signal and channels prescribed. So it is not fate I watch the Sky it+3d.
