    Re: Vu+ Solo2

For me auto bouquet maker, tsmedia, movie browser, multiquick button and xbmc are essential.
As well as the plugins which normally come built into the image like the openwebif, transcoding, etc

    @rizwan

    Just a reminder for you

Don't overload too much your box because it will become slow and unstable.

If you like to hear my personal story...

When I bought the vu+solo2 I tested almost all the plugins in order to see what each plugin does, but when I decided what I really want and what I don't want, I reflash again my box and installed only the plugins that I really need and are safe for my box.

In this way, my box is very fast and stable.

Yes, I know my friend ...

It's very annoying when you see a plugin without description and you don't know what it's function.

In this case, you have to try it in order to see what it does.

    Listen to Kalpikos.
    Install Tspanel.
From Tspanel, you will have the whole world of plugins at hand.

Look in in plugin, downloads extensions and download system tools. When installed open it, scroll down to menu system information tools and you should find what you want

    @rizwan
I think you will find the plugins that you need in downloads section of Pli server from your box.

If you can't find a suitable for you plugin, then you can try the plugins and addons from tspanel.

There are many plugins and very interesting tools on tspanel servers for System Information.

well, this in not really a plugin,
    but a built-in :

    try this:

    telnet ipbox

    root
    pw

    then

    cd /proc

    cat cpuinfo meminfo version

however, a plugin gui can even be better,
    yes indeed

    try this:

    telnet boxip

    root

telnet opens you a console to all available linux command,
to configure, control, monitor and repair whatsoever related to

    disk, mount, unmount,
    file, directories,
    file sharing with samba, nfs
    processes, services,
    network interface, networking, routing,

I think that tspanel can do this

Look some posts above, where I upload it for you.
Use VCC to install it through your pc.

Open the tspanel and go to "information"
There, you will find everything you want

    unlike on clones dreamboxes ....

    miniflashup button :
dm-800-hd clones has a so called miniFlashup button as a direct replacement for the old RS232 and using a Null modem cable to reset the image if you brick the receiver
