i would suggest the golden media 990 or goldenmedia triplex, very nice os (you can switch between 2 operating systems), oscam runs very properly and its cheap

Hi i am looking for new box aswel, my spiderbox sd just lost its legs, ive just got my clines, spiderbox just kept reseting itself to factory settings but i knew box was on its way out, but i have to say it was great when got it with gift easy to install, any help would be appreciated

ive got to say im on a budget, ive been looking at the dreambox 800hd r them any good ?

I guess you're talking about clones? If you want a dreambox rather go for the dm800se. Faster processor, hdmi out and reported to have slightly better pic quality than the 800hd. Also have a look at vu+ and gigablue.

First of all, I suggest you do some reading here (this thread + others), your choice may also depend on what kind of a box you want (open or closed linux, gift or not, which cs possibilties, ...) - same for the choice: original or clone: use the search-function, we've had some interesting threads/discussions on this.

Me personally: until now very pleased with closed linux and gift.

yes i was looking at the clone they say best clone box is the dreambox 800,i was just loking at the vu+ single and twin turner, i will have a look at the gigablue, thanks

I know you said you were on a budget, but the vu+ solo2 is a beast!
I had a vu+ duo before this and am more than happy with my new purchase.
If going for a vu+ solo or duo, I'd recommend to stay away from clones. I had nothing but trouble with mine.

thanks i was looking for something with easy setup, and just paid for 12 months for clines (big mistake) spiderbox was ok with test but when put new clines in, it went nuts but should of waited till got new box

just been looking at the vu+solo2 look like really good box but £300 quid is a bit to much at the minute for me.

tiger t600 2 usb is the best but it si not open sourse but it has builtin company 1 year gshare

I paid £300, so 328 euro is about as cheap as you can get I think.
I wanted mine delivered next day so I paid slightly more than if I bought it from Germany.
