Hi everybody. Which openbox is best, s9, s10, or s11?

Hi. Id have to say the s10.
The s9 is bigger and losing support. S10 much better supported.

I think the s11 is a clone of the s10, but with an added scart socket.
but once again, s10 is better supported.

most new boxes now capably of cardsharring, most other boxes saying fta satellite receiver only fta! if manufacturies dont make boxes capable of doing this will be left behind.

For a motorised system the openbox has been known to struggle. Reports of rebooting when changing sats and struggling to move the dish are documented.
                        maybe try an eaglebox?

I will have to look it up. But why if these boxes can do the same thing as a dreambox, vu +, etc, why is the dreambox so much more expensive?
Don't they all do the same thing?

I can't say to much about dreambox as i don't know much about them.
From my understanding dreambox and vu+ can do more than the boxes you mentioned.
They are all open source boxes, so the more users, the better they get.

What is open source? I don't really understand what this means.
