    DM800HD Sintony Failed

    Hello,
I have this hardware problem on my DM800HD.

Before starting this thread i looked for post reporting my same problem, but no result.

    The problem is:
When I Switch on my DM, it happens that appear the message "Failed Sintony".

How did i Fix it? I simply move the cable to the LNB dish.

I followed lot of forum, and according to them I changed lot of parameter in DM.
I also opened the DM and changed some capacitors into the tuner. I also checked the solder near the connectors.
No result, and the problems is still present.

Some guys could say: Hey this is a little problem, just touch the cable when switching on the DM.

But with this problem I cannot set the timer.

Does sombody had experienced this problem and found the way to fix it?

      No, I didn't reinstall a new image.
Yes, my dec is a clone.

As explained , I did several test. So I'm quite sure that the problem is outside the box.

Actually, I changed the cable from the box to the LNB.

Apperently the cable had a little damage in the insulation. Maybe this could be the problem.

I hope that the new cable fixed the problem.

In negative case, the next step would be to change the LNB receiver in the dish.
