Re: Cable pin conection
It's the same which cable you use, as long as the connections are soldered as they should be (see above) with the correct connections. If you doubt, best to look/buy/****** for a nullmodemcable RS232 (crossed). Ok, they aren't used that much anymore, but pretty sure you should find one. Also there are RS232 to usb adapters, but my experience is that they aren't all workingOriginally posted by ahmedelsayed2013I mean the wire i should use is electronic normal wire or should i use tele/modem wire...
yes i understand that ... i ask about the wire i should use in that cable ...

Re: Cable pin conection
Sorry , in my opinion I'd add a couple of pins shortcutted:
7 <--------->8 almost in the PC port side.
This because of CTS and RTS signal are not forced serial transmission doesn't start.
Best regards.

Re: Cable pin conection
There are 2 types of null modem cable
The first is the Simple Null Modem Cable
2<------->3
3<------->2
5<------->5
The second is the Null Modem Cable with Handshaking
3<------->3
2<------->2
7<------->7
8<------->8
4<------->4
6<------->6
5<------->5
I think that the first can do the work without problem.If You Like My Post..... Please Press the Thanks ButtonComment
