Look try and buy a new Lnb. Don't use old ones. I think you should start from there.
and also check properly your Cables and 'F' Connectors. Make sure you have everything in order. You must stsrt from somewhere and your Dish set up must be at its best because otherwise you will have too many leads and you won't know from where to start. So its imperative that your sytem is functioning properly.

Now for the file..Yes you are right I have checked that link and they have removed it.

Im having a problem with the signal ,when changing the satelite i have no signal for e.g: Im on Hotbird ,when moving to Astra ,i dont have signal ,then bavk to hotbir again no Signal ! i dont know why...
Is there any software that installes the satelites and save's the positon of the motor automatically...
Or If someone can show me step by step how to install the Satelites and store the postion?

Im using PLi¬Jade3 Xline_Eliote CCcam 2.1.4 Mod_cool753_10.02.2010 Image just incase!

i installed gemini image..and the same problem...so the problem is not the image ...Maybe is the LNB ,but its strange how it could work good at night at day no !!

maybe you motor sucking in too much power. Wait for a while when switching sats

@Fantom i think thats the problem and no...after waiting wile on eutelsat w2 ..on some chanels is coming the signal after 5-6 seconds..but changing on other chanel other frequency on the same sat... when i go back to that chanel the same no signal..but after 5-6 seconds signal comes...
How can i solve this problem .. if the motor is sucking to much power !!
What can i do

I think dafinetly the problem is LNB...becaouse without making any changes ,at night have great signal.... but if the LNB is the prob... why at night is working perfectly...can the sun make lose the signal hmmmm

No the Sun doesn't have that drastic effect, that it brings the signal to zero....but as I told you earlier, yours is a broblem which needs to be tackled by what they call elimination of the hardware, bit by bit, until you come to that part which is causing you the trouble. Starting with the Lnb would be a good thing otherwise you are going to end up in circles without any success.

If same LNB works at night and not work by the day, maybe your dish not in right place? Did you try to push (little) your dish and see did you got better signal?

1. are you using a small dish?
2. is your coaxial cable very long? some DM 500 clones have issues with power/signal to and from the lnb.
3. If you install settings manually, try with Dreamset. Rememder to configure enigma 1

i think i need to try changing the LNB ....but not sure that LNB is the problem .why i thinks so? Becaouse today the same frequency on the other receiver that i have ..the frequency have signal.. inputing the cable of dish on DM500s the same frequency no signal ..thats confusing !!!

The DM500s are known for having their Power Supply giving less Voltage to the LNB especially if you have a long Cable from youir receiver to your Lnb...therefore when you put the other Receiver on it might be that this receiver is supplying the correct voltage to the Lnb, BUT when you connect your DB500s the Voltage goes down and so your Lnb won't work correctly. If you have a means to check your voltage (an AVO meter will do)
then you would be in a better position to know.

But i dont thinks is that,at night is the same cable,the same power supply ,why its having at night !

But you know what is realy confusing me , at night without changing anything ,all satellites ,and all frequences have signal ...that is why im realy confused,at day at the same position no signal ,at night without changing anything it have signal lol !!
i tested this for 3 days and its realy like that ,at night signal ,at day no signal half of frequences !

ok, does it depends on weather (reigen, sun) or only night / day.

Try a direct way lnb to receiver without motor.

Think that you have to adjust your dish ... use the signal meter of the receiver soft.

Sounds to me like you might have a bit of give in the motor....sometimes if you move from one end of the arc and back this can temporarily fix this problem.
