    N0va down?

hi, it looks like the n0va gr is down for most of the servers, all other providers work like before. the rumor is that they change all of the receivers to HD models and the cards are not longer available so easily as before. is Mr satlover clines still work? my one box is locked and the other bricked during flashing so i cant look on the free clines and test if they work.

Unfortunately, they closed down all the unmarried cards.

          Nova
          ERT HD has left 11938.00MHz
          pol.H (DVB-S SID:7110 PID:528[MPEG-4] /762 Greek)
it is no longer transmitted by satellite in Europe.

The ERT channel is closed because of other reasons (finicial crisis in Greece), maybe thats why ERT HD is also no longer transmitted by satellite in Europe. as for N0va i just read that untill 15/8 it will go to mpeg4 and all other cards (not the new ones that thay give free with the new decorder pace) will be cut off.

              not yet down for me

              but it is true that

              1. last 5-10 days things have been worsened and now bunch of free cards blocked from provider

2.next weeks or even sooner and in any case before new football season (middle august)it will be totally off.

project then will transfer all frequencies to mpeg4

                          hi kostis

when I checked this morning, all was ok (sd) - same on my other box (with freeserver) - both of them sd's, never could open a hd (cinema or sports) on any of my boxes ...

so sure they're still on sd. hopefully it stays this way.

As far as I am aware, only the Nova HD channels which were two, nova cinema HD and nova sport HD were unable to open unless the card was paired to the receiver.

Is there any source or report for this that Nova will be changing transponders and encryption methods as it is very interesting news!

                              dear odysseas1991

things have changed for good.what happens with hd will be also applied with sd.

at the moment they are doing tests with different channels on new updated system so some channels come and go .

for example nsports 7 has changed and is not accessible.

as for sources all greek sat forums have a lot of info about it.

when free cards abolishment will be concluded only official receivers will be working .

also some sd channels will be closed and left only hd versions .

mpeg4 will be used for all transponders as wrote before.
