I agree but, if second case is true, at least he can reduce the causes of the problem. In the first case probably his internet connection and sat system are ok

Double check typos ... it must work !
Copy and paste here the entire content of the screen, so that we can see well what's going on.

            Hi rikksow,
I have two things for you:

Try to watch a video on *******(with your handy or your pc). If it work well, the problem is not your internet. These ping test are usefull and good for IT profi and you are not one.
If the Problem is not your internet (with premium Cline) => try to change your box. It will be a sage decision.

            Regards
            Clark

Hey rikksow, I think I got it ...
Try ping command without "-t", that is
              Code:
              ping www.******.com
"-t" is needed only in Windows, not in busybox.
              Let me know.
              Bye

if you have the right to order a new box, test it for 1/2 week(s) and send it back without reasons, I suggest you to do that. I thing it is possible in UK. Try to order it on amazon and let us know.

Hi rikksow I assume you are using wifi with your stb, I recently bought a android

This is a very valid point. If you are connecting the router to the box by wifi, then that could be your issue - simply a router setting and not the internet itself. I had a similiar problem when I had to change the channel due to interference. My internet speed dropped from 40mb down to 3mb down because of it!

I'm sure this will not change the world...but perhaps this easy test may be useful to try your internet connection.
