One note: linked HDMI switch is HDCP compliant, try an HDCP compliant switch or you could have problem with HD channels or with other devices like blue-ray reader.

I got another solution, a hdmi splitter/repeater 4in2out for about 60 Euros. It works great with the tv and the video projector. Seems to be the only solution for splitting the hdmi signal.
