have you tried entering the clines as described in posts 2 and 3 of this topic?
You have to enter: Host Name - Port - Username - Password.

As said before: see posts #2 and #3 of this thread (@duhoki, hope it's ok to quote you ):
C: cccam.satlover.com 23275 F732C046_806C1C73 www.satlover.com no { 0:0:3 }
IP/HOST: cccam.satlover.com
PORT: 23275
USER: F732C046_806C1C73
PASSWORD: www.satlover.com
and just ignore the 'C:' and the 'no { 0:0:3 }'.

So: try IP/host/server: cccam.satlover.com
