the one difference between motor and diseqc switch is the speed you can change between sats , using the diseqc switch is virtually instant

FYI: don't know this box, but as a 'FTA' receiver I just read a positive review of the Sab Sky 4700 HD. Has no extras (no card slots, no CI-slots, no linux, ...), but low cost about €60 (about £48).
