Try free cline and see how it's working for you. This server generally is overloaded so you ay have some freezes, when your posts increase you can see more free clines ( in hidden part ) which are used by less members which leads to more stable connection. Server 4 generally is better than 3. For it you must have at least 50 posts. Enjoy.

yesterday i've been testing this package for about 30-40 mins
there are few cards on hop2, with both caids, and the emm loss was for about 10-12%
tested close to midnight, so there was few freezes, but quite watchable
that emm loss is so small because, there is time between emm's for about 10seconds.

on server 2 here, bin watching that chn for a bit, hop0 low ecm, then hop2 higher ecm, but quick soon to hop0 again. quite watchable, if that your kind of thing.
