Just to prevent further guessing: ASTRA 1N is currently at 1.8E for the Begin of Life Tests. Afterwards, the satellite will head to 28.2E for an interim mission to provide capacity for the UK and Ireland. Afterwards, she will be stationed at 19.2E. No definitive schedule yet.

Current status: Astra 1N has finished testing and is currently moving towards 28.2° East.
Astra 1N is a communications satellite owned and operated by SES Astra, launched in 2011 to join Astra 2A, Astra 2B and Astra 2D at the Astra 28.2°E orbital slot providing digital television and radio broadcast services to the Europe. It will later be moved to Astra 19.2°E to serve the German, French and Spanish markets after the launch of Astra 2E
The satellite provides three broadcast beams, each with horizontal and vertical polarisation, across three footprints - UK spot beam, Pan-European Beam 1 and Pan-European Beam 2.
Testing has finished and the satellite is currently being moved to 28.2° East, it should be operational by mid October.
ASTRA 1N will provide DTH broadcast services, notably digital and HD television. The satellite will first provide interim capacity at 28.2° East for the UK and Ireland. Apart from ITV, which has signed up for three transponders, there are no other confirmed reports for leased transponders on the Astra 1N satellite.
Astra 1N is currently named Object A, follow the satellite with live tracking, click http://www.n2yo.com/?s=37775.

Latest PDF from ses with information on Astra 1N
            HERE

According to SES the exact 1N frequency plan is

            10700 – 11200 MHz
            11450 – 12750 MHz

HOWEVER 1N cant use 11200-11450 & 12500-12750 at 28E so the frequencies will be restricted to

            10700 – 11200 MHz
            11450 – 12500 MHz
