How much is the ping, you are using ADSL or what ?

you cant reduce ping time because ping time depend to your isp and you cant configure it
however if your ping time is lower 300 or 350 you have not problem

I use Fiberlink ,and I did some tests with various cities in Europe and got these results :

for sharing this ping is high because many partners want ping until 80.

my friend if your vpn have not problem. tcp packets must be cross from your isp server before next progress
So if your ping times isp server be low you can do anything

Ping is not so good but you don't have to worry about it is good enought.

Uploads and downloads is more then you need for both client and share situation

This is wrong, good ping is ping below 40ms, from 40-100 is OK, everything more then 100ms is bad ping.

And I agree with @tonybod, VPN will not do any difference.

I mean ping for sharing no internet
my ping time is about average 300 and i have no problem with sharing

Yes, but the problem comes from peering, and if the VPN provider has a good peering with ISP_A (server) and ISP_B(client), and ISP_A and ISP_B have a bad peering, using a VPN through ISP_C you can avoid problems and also improve PING.

Powerman, i'm refering to peering between providers (ISP)

Later, if i have a little more time, i will make a full case study with concret examples.

For card sharing is ok, but of course not having lots of clients

VPN is like LAN but trought your ISP provider.

It is like VPS

If you have Dreambox + bad internet + lot of clients you will have bad server, so solution is VPS and it will slightly improve ping evan for you but real difference would see your clients because they will not connect to you anymore but to some big strong server.

But you on the other hand will still have problem, because you need your ISP to connect to VPS and since problem was in your ISP, VPS will not do much better for you.

Same thing is with VPN, you still need to use your ISP "optic" wich make problem.

This thread is going off topic. No more talk of VPN or ISP peering please, only "realistic" suggestions as to how the original poster can improve things.

Do you tried to contact your provider and tell them about your problem?
It can be a problem on the distribution route.

ping depend from many factors your internet conection pc configuration server configuration etc,but clearing your server from bad clients i thing u can reduce ping

How reduce ping? Change isp provier because sometimes there are using bad connection
