Help Please. I cannot connect to my dm800 DCC

For some reason I cannot connect to my DM800 to update the config file. I have restarted by box power off /on nothing.
I checked the wirless adaptor and that working fine??

I have no idea why this has happened, I have reconfigured the network but still not picking the dm800.

Please help what am doing wrong is it my box.. I am still getting all the FTA channels.

First Test with ethernet cable,remoove dhcp from your dreambox network and add an ip !

For the wifi check if your router need the mac adress of the dreambox to allow the internet access !

Have you checked you have the right IP address for the dm800 (it may have changed if you haven't given it a static IP address)?

If you have the IP address, how are you trying to connect? What error do you get? Can you ping the IP address?
