Please is there any one to give me some help. My dm800hd can't recover it
After bad flash i think i have tested every dreamup there is but nan work for me

Using the DreamUP 1.3.3.4 and the null modem cable rs232, you can restore the boot loader in the receiver. But there are some features and the need to do everything according to the instructions.

you still need to use a computer with a serial port (not usb adapter because it does not work) preferably operating system windows xp

try older versions of DreamUP. many people have report this problem with new DreamUP.

Dear jarraz

If you get a message: "No CA found" means, that there is a problem with the sim card.
Check your sim card ,if it is loose and fix it.

Maybe you try to flash an image not compatible with the Sim (different bootloader).
Find an image for the same bootloader of your box.

Have you tried to use the following solution
1) Use DreamUp with serial (null modem) cable
2) Choose COM1, connect, power ON DM800 and wait
3) After a few seconds the DM800 screen will come back with an IP address
4) Type in that address in IE
5) Flash first a BootLoader (ex: 72R1)6) reboot DM800 and hold power button
7) Wait for IP to appear on DM800 screen
8)Type in that address in IE
9) Flash your desired image

Hi,

How i update my box: ( network enable and connected )

1. shutdown ( remove the plug )
2. connect power cable and press button to view the ip
3. go to browser ( ie best ) and enter the ip that appears in the box.
4. upgrade the sim
5. restart from number 1 and upload image.

If you get a message "No CA found" mean that you have installed wrong image.
I had it once, when i installed image from genuine Dreambox on my clone one.

Back Side of reciver U have Flash Button Press it and Hit Power Switch.. and Reciver Shows ip Of Urs Reciver there Now just Note that Ip and Put In ur pc browser and hit click frameware update and flash New Software .. if you still have problem u can pc me i can give u new tested image of Dreambox 800HD
