Usually the last version is the best, because fix some bugs from previous versions. So I mean V.4.6.0 is better than V.4.5.1.
Sometimes the new versions have incompatibilities with our configuration, but the most usually situation is last drivers->best performance.

I'm facing problems with skystar 2 and windows 7 x64bit. The support is not good.

As I say in similar posts, SkyStar2 was building for Win XP, and Win 7 is not the best O.S. for our SS2. I have XP and DVBDream and no problem, no bugs.
Great performance and speed. Great quality.
For me, I know there is people thinking otherwise, XP is the best O.S. for SkyStar 2 and SkyStar HD2.
Try with XP and tell us your experience.
