Clone DM800 question

i have a clone DM800 with simcard 1 secondstage Loader 72.
The Box works good, when the Box is cold not working the HD channels, after 7 minutes works. Have the Box a temperature controller?

No temperature control is enclosed, I think some components are failed, resistors for example changes their values when warm. If you're in time, send back the box to seller, it must work ever not just after 7 mins! Anyway this is weird, ppl has ever problems when boxes are warm non cold!

Hehe his box need to warm out before start,

It is very unlikely but maybe wires in box are to small, it is only logical solution but never heard something like that.

I do not think that this is a software failure. It looks like, satman72 wrote, a hardware failure. It seems that some parts of the board do not reach enough power after a couple of time.
If it is an available option, send it back to your dealer...

I had pretty much the same problem with my dm500 that I'm now sending back to the seller. I hope your box is not from mydalle or I'm gonna be scared XD

if a part does not reach the power... then he should have the message on the screen "tuning failed". But he said that he can watch the channel after 7 seconds...

So i think this is a soft-problem...

only to be sure with the parts... try to unplug the fan... then the tuner should receive more power.

otherwise i really propose to change the image....


try openPLI but be sure that it is for you BL.

He wrote 7 mins.. not seconds.. I don't think firmware is so slow to load.

He have problem with cold hardware not hot one, another cooler would mean only that box would be even cooler.

However this problem with your box will not work for a long time, and then send it to the dealer is definitely a problem of hardware components

I agree with galingo, if the problem stays the same, contact your dealer.
You must at least have 1 year warranty I hope.

1. Reinstall your image !
2. Change your box fan; make sure that the fan is even working!
3. Use an USB fan to cool your box specially if you have an internal hdd; the hdd temperature gets high very fast inside your box and the simple box fan doesn't help very much specially on the hdd.
4. Unplug your hdd.
5. Try to get your tunner out of the box and replug it.

Finally contact your dealer. ((

He should disconnect the fan! He has problems when the box is cold! Not when it is warm!

Can you tell us where your defective box was boughted? This way other mates here will not do the same mistake as you do.
