the problem was with Gemini version 4.3 I think. only Gemini images have that time bomb. Now there are image with the bomb removed, or you can change the MAC address of the dreambox to be on the safe side. The bomb attacks only the clones not the original dreambox. if you change the MAC to be the same as an original dreambox you'll be fine.
You don't have to use the gemini image you can just use another image.

i think there was a thread about changing the ttl time to live on the clones for this image but i cant find it may of been deleted

Don't use gemini image to avoid time bomb. There are enough other patched images for dreambox clones like pli, nabilo, ferrari, and so on.....
You can find such images with a little googling.
Anyway never use a original image on your dreambox clone, only patched onces.

Time bomb is the way that gemini fight against clones.If u put original gemini image in dm clone it will destroy software and only way to fix is jtag procedure
But it was many gemini images on net with time bomb removed

Then until upgrade the gemini image the clone is safe
Also gemini 5.0 has time bomb ?

If your clone works you don't have to worry about any malicious software, also is not realy a "bomb" with flash programing you can remove it and recover even a time bomb from gemini

My box working very fine from last 5 months, I flash other images and Gemini 5.0 going smoothly. I have sim 2.01 with 76c. Any advice ?

I think souldn't worry about then, just be carrefull on the next firmware update.
