The files which are needed for smooth running of mgcamd in usr/keys are:

mg_cfg, newcamd.list, cccamd.list

I don't use prio file at all and I don't use c-lines with mgcamd.
Im using mgcamd only with CWS lines and it's working perfect.
When I tried to put c-lines and n-lines.... the result was very disappointing.
