Try a new version of mgcamd on dm7020.
I use v1.38 without any problem.

But..., Can you do that ?
Because you said that the box is locked

and then maybe loose his gift

I have seen this type of problem many times, and most of cases was the tuner card that was a little unplug.
Just be sure to have your tuner card correctly installed and the signal should be could

On the dm500 i have try all the images i found so far
i have it to play with settings cause its only a year since i start learning about cs, the dm7020 on the other hand cannot be reset because of the gift.

You could try installing sysinfo plugin on your DM7020.
From here:

If you only replace the mgcamd bin file and maintain the other files do you loose the "gift"? Or you just can't access the box files?

Yes i cannot "play" with the dm7020 cause is password lock. BER is 0%.

If your BER is 0 your problem is not signal mlevel or quality ... your signal is perfect.
Your problem is 100% with the gift's quality.
