    Question to Dreambox DM500HD owners

    hi everyone.my Dreambox is dead wont boot and here in my town no1 can repair it .
    There is a IC under the dm500HD tuner that is broken
    All i can read in the chip is Actel Proasic A3P030 VQG100 or something like that cause it cant be read well cause its burned and got a hole on it.
    Can someone tell me the exact name of the IC and where can i buy it.
    My warranty is gone
    its sunray model but on their forum no help with this problem
    BOARD NAME HI020-F3-MAIN-1.1

          no...no warranty
          the burned chip is on the back side of the board . under the tunner

                  I think that his box is a clone,
                  so he can't contact to dream-multimedia for his problem.

                  In case that the receiver is an original dm,
                  the cost for the repair is near the cost of a new clone dm500.

                  so, better you shoud buy a new one (clone)

                                  Its good you added the pictures, because it is a clone you are using. I have the original and its different from the inside, so I can't help you with it. Maybe some1 else with a DM500hd clone can help you with it.
