    Do you maybe have a second satellite reciver installed on the same LNB. I have this situation in my home and if I am not turning off the second reciver I have problems watching H or V programms (depending on what channel I leave the second reciver on).

      Mate dont rule out the clones i get them all the time if a customer specifically asks for one and i have a DM800se my self in the office and its perfectly fine runs just like the original.

        same here, mine runs well, ive had db500s clone, my mate uses it now, no problems at all with it.
        i now have db800 hd pro, same again no problem with it apart from some images dont always function as i would like, but thats software not the box.

            did you check the lnb and the cables. maybe it needs better signal than dm600.

              can i change the tuner alone ??

                you can change the tuner, I think it costs around 60-70$...

                    i have a problem similar to yours. but when I change the channnel and reopen it a few times it gives 0 ber errors. I guess that my problem source is my switch. are you using a switch? or directly using only one dish-lnb

                      I had switching problem with diseqc.
                      Here is how I got it to work:

                      Configuration Mode = advanced

                      Satellite = Hotbird 13E (Change satellite name here)*
                      Voltage mode = Polarization
                      Tone mode = Band
                      LNB = LNB 8 (Change LNB 1-8)*
                      DiSEqC mode = 1.1
                      Toneburst = None
                      Committed DiSEqC command = none
                      Fast DiSEqC = no
                      Sequence repeat = yes
                      Command order = uncommitted, committed, toneburst
                      Uncommitted DiSEqC command = Input 8 ( Change LNB 1-8)*
                      DiSEqC repeats = none
                      LOF = Universal LNB
                      Increased voltage = yes - for long cables
                      Polarity = Auto
                      Tone Amplitude = 800mV
