Maybe it could be a skin problem? Because with the beyonce silver skin it's worst, the response delay is even bigger! But when i use cccam info, the response is perfect, i can navigate between the cccam info menus without lag time! That's strange...

Well, now it's a fact! I changed the skin and installed xline skin and the remote control is much faster now!

its possible that your old skin was corrupt, maybe if you delete and install it again it will work.

Nope, i just tried to uninstall beyonce silver skin and reinstall it and it's slower than with xline skin.

that skin works fine for me and its the best skin available i think.
I download my skin via addons download manager

Green Panel > Addon Manager > Addons Download Manager > Skins >

That's exactly what i have done. Xline skin is faster. I can't say why but it's a reality.

I think that this is due to lower CPU clock frequency. Dreambox 8000HD works faster than Dreambox 800HD

I think that depends for what Box the skin was made. If a skin is made with a lot of usage of memory (RAM) the Box will become slow. And like Skytec said DM8000 has a higher clock frequency and more RAM. Maybe the skin was made for a Box with a better hardware performance.

I plugged a usb flash key to make a dump file but it makes no change.

I tried many images and problem was the same. Now with this skin it seems to be ok so i don't change anything

btw how long the remote response delay? I noticed there is a 1 second delay when I press the bouquet button. with the beyonce silver skin.

however there is no delay when pressing channel number.
