You can increase the number of lnbs by using more than one disecq switch. why you want use 5 lnbs? use motorized dish.

                Thanks vimmers, only one query.
I see you have one repeat but does switch 2 connect to position one on switch 1. Or how?

                  Uncommitted DiseqC Command: Input2

I have a motorised dish and one of the inputs to the disecq switch is from this.
I still want more inputs from the fixed dish. 4 from fixed dish and one from motor.

Can I do it with cascade 4x1 diseqc switches.

                      i think so
then u shall use the 3 first then jump down to 5 6 7 8
then disecq switch 2 shall be in slot 4
                      with Uncommitted DiseqC Command: Input2
                      but i haven't tried
then the motor shall be DiseqC Mode: 1.2

I will try as soon as I get my second 4x1 switch.
                        Once again thanks

hope it works or else u have to exchange your new 4/1 to a 8/1

The second 4x1 is to replace the first which is only working on three inputs so When it comes Ill try. Still not quite sure what the uncommitted switch does.

not sure maybe cos there only are A,B,C,D
                              so actually a 8/1 are 2 4/1 built together
