DM800HD Version Clone

Looks my box has stalled on me, have tried to http, flash.Dream up., box will still not download a new image, all i get is a flashing green screen, has this happened to anuone here, and is there a fix, thanks in hand munster

Do you get No CA found error message on your dm800 lcd display, if you do then you'll need to flash it with dreamup and a null modem serial cable.

i have flash with dreamup and cable, when download completes, its comes up with an error message

OK, are you sure flashing it with the correct image, you must remember that an official image wont work on a clones and images are specific to sim, which sim version does your dm800 have?

OK, are you sure flashing it with the correct image, you must remember that an official image wont work on a clones and images are specific to sim, which sim version does your dm800 have?

Ok, you need to make sure that the image you install is for a Clone, DM800SE and make sure its for SIM201

EDIT: Do you mean Sim 2.10, I cant seem to find Sim201 for dm800se

2.10 is correct, was a peter pan image, used it all the time, now it wont work,

you can download some good images from here.

best to use Serial cable and dreamup to load the bootloader and then upload the image using a network cable using dreamup.

Downloaded new image, dreambox keeps flashing green

Have you tried the other method of flashing it, have your this method

unplug the dm800se,
press and hold the power button and then plug in the power
and wait for an ip address to appear on the lcd display,
and then release the power button

type that ip address into your webbrowser (best to use IE)
and then upload the image from the webinterface.

i have done method flashing, its keeps flashing green after flashing box
