i'm on a server but it does'nt have the bulsat chns on 39e hellas sat
i know this is open on emu with keys, i have tried all ways to load them
without success can anyone tell me how to do this and where to load
the file with the dcc,

You have to use Fausto emulator on PC. That provider don't open using softcam on Dreambox.
