cccam: user-config with cccmaxhops=n und cccreshare parameter. cccmaxhops
limits the reported cards to maxhops level. cccmaxhops default = 10,
cccreshare default = oscam.conf/cccam-reshare value

WebIf: revert last change and extend maxlength for camd3 tcp. The config parser NEED the @ sign behind the port to parse correctly
