new version OSCAM Build 3133

Here is a new version OSCAM Build 3133

The plugin is configured for HD + card in the internal (lower) Reader. Other maps or protocols (eg NewCamd, cccam, etc.) can plugin in the file / configure tuxbox / config / oscam.server. Simply select the appropriate Reader (remove # at the beginning of the line) and comment out unneeded Reader (insert # at the beginning of the line). Do not remove duplicate # # sign.

And of course for CS (cccam, NewCamd etc.) register the account.

Internal Card Reader:
Device = SC0 (Lower Cardreader, SF 1008 & SF 1018)
Device = SC1 (Upper Cardreader, SF 1018)

fix Mac OS X compiling. PTHREAD_MUTEX_RECURSIVE_NP doesn't exist on OS X (PTHREAD_MUTEX_RECURSIVE exists). Also SIGPOLL is not supported on OS X. It uses SIGEMT instead.
