Change in card forwarding: cards are now only reshared, if card-reshare (maxdown) is > 0. If zero, card is not forwarded. This is now default behaviour if "ignore reshare=0". With "ignore reshare=1" all cards are reshared with reshare-value of the reader/server
webif now showing reshare values and node ids
