    Re-share N-line on Dreambox

    Hi guys!

I'm a newbie and I would like some information from you guys.

I have a Dreambox DM500S with a N-line on it which allows resharing. I have another receiver in the other room, an Echosmart 771. Is it possible to re-share the N-line in the Dreambox to the Echosmart? If yes, how can I do it?

PS: The Echosmart is connected to the PC via a serial cable and the N-line works on it separately, but I can't use it in both boxes at the same time, that's why I would like to reshare it.

    Thank you guys

It all depends on what cam you are using to open the Nline at the moment is it newcamd or do you have it running through CCcam

Ok then if you have a fully configured CCcam.cfg like the original or modified one then all you need to do is create an F: line in CCcam.ccfg like so:

        F: User Pass

open a port on your router and put the standard C Line in your other box:

        C: 192.168.***.*** 12000 User Pass ( this is an example )

        and away you go

The OP has an N: Line with reshare and not a C: line so i doubt its one of satlovers

Dear digicon, you describe how can be shared a C-line
but out friend wants to reshare a N-line from cccam.

so, dear Zsoltiy you have to:

              change the N from
              N: 127.0.0.1 10000 dummy dummy 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14
              to
              N: 127.0.0.1 10000 dummy dummy 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 2 3

and give this C-lne to other (client)

              C: your_dns your_port user pass yes

Things have changed a bit guys. Now I have a cline on my Dreambox, but the other box, the Echosmart 771 work only with nlines with transfer to net. I know there's a way to use a cline using fausto, but i couldn't set it up. Now the question is, can I reshare my cline on the Dreambox as an nline for the echosmart?

                  The answer is no
                  You can't reshare a C-line and from your cccam.cfg to get a N-line.
Maybe this can be done by using oscam in your dreambox.
This is a litle complicate and ofcourse you must have the rights to do.

you need use oscam in your dreambox as client, and add in oscam.user your client, add in oscam.config the protocol newcamd.is the only way.

Guys, I took my nline and put it in my dreambox and echosmart. Started them at the same time and the channels are working fine on both receivers. I read in some places that you can't put the same line in two receivers, but it works fine for me, so I don't need to reshare it Does the server allow more receivers or how is this possible?

This is up to your server provider. Be carefull, becouse the server owner can ban you of using same cline on mulitple receivers. So better to get information from your server provider and ask if it is allowed.

If your c line has a reshare then you can do this of course.
You can enter the same c line on both boxes but make sure only one box is switched on at a time, Unless your c line provider allows u to reshare.

An other you can do is to loop it through from box 1 to box 2.

                            Thanks for this example.
Do I still have to put a f-line below the modified n-line in the 1st box?

On the 2nd box, I enter the c-line with the user/pass I made with the f-line from the 1st box?

                            Is this example correct?....

                            1st box cccam.cfg :

                            N: test.heyo.org 9999 username password 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 2 3

                            F: username password

                            2nd box cccam.cfg :

                            C: my_ip_address my_port username password

Also, what is the "yes" stand for at the end of the c-line?

                            Thank you

                              Hi mate

Your settings seems to be ok.

"yes" or "no" means that you want or not to use the emu's from the other box.
