can somebody explain me why it is possible on the 2.3.0 and not on the 2.2.1.
I thing if it is true the same person can put this backdoor code on a 2.2.1 or 2.1.3 and set it on the web to download.

i thing too that it is a scare action. And nothing is 100% safe over the internet!

Yes, but the one that makes the risk takes the money! That's an old saying here in Balcans. It takes Cccam source code in order to embed exploit into it, as well as some knowledge too. It's safe to say that IHAD, unacknowledged mother of Cccam has always the earliest versions out to market first. I myself use 2.2.1 and it works very well.

Hi, i have the sunray 800 hd se with image Nemesys 2.3 ver 095 ramimaher. I found that out of that image is automatically installed version 2.3.0 ccc*am. How do I install the recommended version 2.2.1? I listed some links?

Until now there are no new roumers about the backdoor for Cccam 2.3.0 - I personally use this version and for now have no problems with it.

Hello,
Not only cccam 2.3.0 is having a backdoor.
BlackHole image for VU receivers is coming with the ports 31335 and 31337, both of them well known ports used by trojan viruses (Elitte and Back Oriffice trojans).
VIX image, same thing.
Maybe will be a good practice to do a port scaning on your receiver/server.

But the knowing about a backdoor makes a strange feeling.
Nothing is absolutly safe and everyone who uses cams must know what he is doing.
