Everything is possible
I wouldn't surprised if in the near future will see a tv with build in decoder that can use cccam or mgcam or other cams.
The only think I don't like in this story is the price that these tv's will cost.
Is very known, that smart tv's are already overpriced and if this with the intelligent decoder become true, then the price of a smart tv will be extremely high.

this video proofs nothing for the smart tv alone to use it for cs.

cardsharing will be available on the smart TV when programmers are interested in writing of the relevant software or wait for alternative software from a group of enthusiast.

All true, but I wander if alternative software will be popular, as normally warranty stops after doing so - and as @kalpikos said: they won't be cheap, so: worth taking the risk?
Probaly safer to keep on using a satbox, also pretty sure they're be much more possibilities (better tuner/scan, easier channel editing, ...

at the moment you can't use cardsharing on smart tv. Maybe developers will crack the smart tv and put this feature. Only time will tell
