its a gamble, some servers good, some very bad, they offer a test line an these can be good, but sometimes no good when they got your dosh, do homework. if its sly you want pm me.

The pay line doesn't stutter at all. Is that correct?

Toby is right. Sometime they give you a brilliant test line on a special server but as soon as they get your money they change you over to a resold line or a week server. I think 24 hour is not a lot of time to test a line.

I don't use payservers, but only can suggest some things as:
- surely ask for a testline, or try with free ones before
- first time take a short subscription, and if it's not ok, you're not stuck for a long time ; then you can look for something else
- where you want to get your payserver: look around in eg the forum for reviews/info/tips
- get help from others you know (even pm if you think that could help you)
- ...

I think for the start 1 month and then you can extend it to 3 months but If you are not sure Please dont pay for the whole year at once unless you have belief in them.

I think you should be very careful with pay servers you don't know when they will disappear with your money! As a noob myself I am trying to learn and take advice from other more experienced users before jumping into anything.

I always look for verified servers and look at the rating/feedback on them.
I also try use only servers that have been around for a while as they are more likely to be good servers.

the only way to know if a pay-server is good is to use one, i have 18month sub, 12 months in.

the best option would be to get a paid server test it for a month then see from there, but they are not 100% stutter free.

I've also found in the past that you get a test line and it's great. Then for the first week or so it is brilliant but as time goes on, start to get more freezing/glitching.
That's why I mentioned sticking with servers that have been around for a while. Not fly by night con artists!

I know here in my country enough providers with their "living adress" so they wouldn't scr*w me. If you search a bit harder, you'll find the good ones on the internet, but even in your own near area.. (i like that more because of the personal contact and feedback with server-down problems etc.)

Well no one will ever ever give you their address. Theres always a paypal account or an imaginary name for western union or moneygram. This business is really tricky and you actually dont know where your dosh is going to.

I shop around for verified premium servers that have good ratings/feedback.
They may cost a bit more but well worth it in the long run.

Like Pan said. Just check in forums and over the internet what the experiences are with that cline provider.
