Re: Admin - Suggestion to protect free c-lines

This has been discussed as well. Using newcamd instead of cccam it could be done, but a lot of hassle for the server admins (and no real reduction on server load).

PS. I remember satlover experimenting with N lines as well (obviously the testing showed no real improvement otherwise they would have stayed).

N-lines, c-lines, pitty enough I think as long they are visible on the website, some stupid dudes will bent the rules and post the lines online thinking they are great doing this.

      have a great day

i think that can be done ( or maybe done but harder) if you don't want to receive some providers all you have to do is ignore cards/provider in your cccam.cfg
        good luck

Guys maybe we should not forget that we are posting lines from other servers in our forum.
This keep the industry alive and provides good competition.
I have had some of the free servers from other sites on our forum that remained open for seven days or longer.

So I think the easiest way is to keep changing the ports daily. At least that would drive other users to this forum.

Correct, that's why it's called a personal c-line and given by satlover him self. Reshare isn't allowed, so user needs to keep it confidencial to.

as the title states, suggestion to protect free c-lines.

something has got to be done about this, anyone can become member on here an copy an paste mr satloversfree lines all over the web, then lines hopeless for members,
i myself and with a few other helpful chaps have spent some considerable ammount of time, (my choice) reporting nicks posting them, up to date including today 321 people reported.
perhaps mr satlover should scrap free lines, an just reward with postings.
also feel free to search for nicks.

Re: Admin - Suggestion to protect free c-lines

I was wondering. For the free clines, it should not be to difficult to program the cline window to alot one cline per IP per day after logon.

desserat, dont think mods have time to dish out free line to each member as they log-in if that what you mean, (4,500 lines?).

No, automated process. The window allows you cline on 2 conditions . 1 For ex. 50 post (condition 1). 2. Unique IP (condition2) starting at no. 1 and stopping at 4500 for each unique IP.

It must be technical possible to do this. As you have to confirm your registration receiving a email with confirmlink to the website.
After confirmation and registration completed receiving one c-line with email would be a possibility.
Same for server 4 when reaching 50 usefull posts.
Personal c-lines still is the best way to avoid posting. It's also the best way to control who's connected. This way if someone passes his personal c-line to someone else, it would be known by mr satlover.
