      I used the 10 Euros discount code and my receipt shows 22 Euros but 32 Euros was taken from my a/c.

          Unfortunately the Premium Server section is only open to existing members for renewal at this time, there does not seem to be any new memberships being offered at the moment, hopefully this will change in the near future.

                I have the same problem, I have a subscription with recurring payment.
                The first month's okay, despite the payment in October took place regularly because I received an invoice, my lines are out of service, I opened a ticket and I sent an email but got no answer.

                  Under the old system monthly subs were not recurring, are they now? Is it possible you received an invoice for payment but payment hasn't been taken because sub isn't recurring?

                    I have definitely paid and have both a paid confirmation from World Wide and a Paypal confirmation that the money has been transferred but still no active lines. What I can't understand is why Satlover isn't replying to emails. I have been a premium member for a long time and he has always responded to emails within a day or so.

                    Perhaps one of the moderators could let him know that there is a problem?

                      Same problem, but my subscription says "pending". Money has been charged from paypal account. Have tried to contact them several days ago and still no response. I hope it will be ok within few days.

                        Hopefully you'll be connected soon. As far as Satlover not responding to e-mails is concerned, I have tried too as well as pms, but all seem to fall on deaf ears (or blind eyes more appropriately!!)...not good enough really.

                          I meant the recurring payment, that is, automatically, every month.
                          For the invoice I did a copy paste from the site, my premium account is active, but in fact it is not.

                              Premium server was great up until the last couple of months. I will cancel my payments
                              before next one is due if not sorted soon. Maybe time to look elsewhere.
