Frozen account

Can anyone tell me why my account has been frozen ?????
I am still a premium user so why does this not show with the avatar.

Two possible reasons:

- Payment periode over

- Database error / will be repaired surely

Thanks for the reply does this mean my picture will blank, the payments are done monthly as far as I know?

There are still some problems, but, if your picture is clearing and as no one else seems to be complaining I would assume this area has been sorted. Avatars and access to free servers still remain a problem as does renewal of paid server to my knowledge. hopefully all will be resolved in due course.

Ok thanks Mobley when this is resolved I should be able to get into the premium servers thread as well ?

No, not at the moment. No member can get into there untill some upgrade work is done/finished.

Account not working have tried to re-register with new premium membership did not seem very clear as to how to do it. Anyone help please.
