Server slow

Don't know if it is my problem, but the forum now is really slow to load and I need to click sometime on refresh button on explorer to load pages. It was working better before has had the black out. Also I think the size of attachament showed when you load files is wrong. It says 95.37 Mb like rar or zip but I can load just files around 1,5 Mb.

It's not just you.
Investigation are still ongoing, but seems a provider problem.

Maybe it could help:

Messages from server:

--> Bad request ( sometimes)

--> Server overload ( yesterday all evening long)

--> Database error ( many times when you put your username & password)

In the last time the server is very good... did you change your ISP?

i have the same problem... only attachment under 2 MB can be uploaded...
i hope satlover will solve the problem in the future

I access Satlover forum almost every two hours, so far it is working fine, not slow at all, but not super fast.

Regarding attachments, I don't think it is a good idea to overload the forum with really big attachments, I suggest that you put your files on one of the free hosting servers and provide a link to them in your post. As for pictures, you can simple use any of the free picture hosting servers available everywhere.

That would be the best solution... Too much traffic and webspace is expensiv, so it would be better to upload the files at one of the free hoster like rapidshare and post the link.... So i agree khalidomar

This thread is about the forum, not the CCCam server.

I think satlover.com is on a new ISP now, the forum has been fine the past three days, not slow at all.
