Packages / CAIDs available on a server

Is there a way to find out what packages and therefore the associated CAIDs are available from any given server?

Is there some option to denied caids on the server and user?
i mean if i want to choose which caids i'd like to use i need to write them all....

i mean so they are listed by satellite and not just all together like...
