newbie trouble help please!!

Hi All;
Hope I'm posting this in the correct area,
I have a problem in the signal reception in my Vu+ SOLO SE
(VU+ Solo SE V2 TWIN DUAL 2xDVB-S2 FullHD LAN USB PVR Linux E2 Satellite Receiver)

it does not get signal for some tps
EX:
IntelSAT 45, tp 11550V, 28800 DVB-S2/8PSK (3/5)

and it gets signal on this tps (ST 2 88.0E)
11164V/11164H/11483V/11483H..... (SR for all tps 44995), 8 PSK, DVB-S2, EFC 2/3

but no chs get scanned...after scanning it says 0 services!!!

Pls help me with this, i have BH 2.1.7 in my box
Do i need to update any drivers etc....

Fec for this channel is 30000 3/4 when you come back to Europe.
Info on F..sat 2nd Oct.2015. Scanning 33 channels in Dublin on 1Mtr dish.
Unable to see 88E.

An other way you can follow, if you have problem with Satellite.xml, is to update your channels list with a new one.

In our forum you can find newest settings for the sattelites you are receiving

I sugest you to use the latest vhannibal settings here:

Download the update settings and use DreamboxEdit to send them to your box.

For 88 E , you try Blind scan , if your dish align correctly, OR, try manually scan single TP with changing FEC

There is no such satellite as "IntelSAT 45". Do you mean Intelsat 12 at 45°E?
