Description of the installation.

1. Giant Addons Pack can be installed on both the receivers VU + Duo and Solo, for any image, based on list of Official-Image. Personally, I recommend Blackhole image version 1.4.6 and higher.

2. GAP Installation is very simple. It involves copying the file via ftp enigma2settingsbackup.tar.gz to / media / hdd / backup, or media / usb / backup and installed it using Software Manager (Manager software, advanced options, select the location of copies, and then advanced restore, restore (green ). To the advanced features are visible, you must set the configuration mode on the expert enigma.

3. After installation, enigma automatically restarts already GAP overlay.

4. GAP installation can also be performed by the Setup Assistant, in which the question "Do you want to restore your settings?" select "Yes, reset now", then press 2 x OK. Of course, before you copy the file to the above-stated enigma2settingsbackup.tar.gz location.

Description Meoboot installation.

1.Put pendrive to usb, turn on the Devices Manager (2 x blue) and mount the drive as / media / hdd and flash drive as a media / usb.

2. After a reboot of the receiver, movements meoboot and install it in / media / usb.

The main improvement to a standard enigma2 installation is that instead of being multimedia support just a nice re on the side, in Project Valerie multimedia support is the key feature.

New VuPlus Backup Suite 3.1


This version has been a change made with respect to the (almost) not used NFI image.

In previous versions, the NFI-image are automatically created when there was chosen for the backup to HDD to install the plugin options:
Vu + Backup to HDD / USB - Backup 1:1 NFI and USB format

Since this version, 3.1 so, you have the choice to NFI image not dealing with this plugin, there is no choice within 20 seconds in the options menu then the NFI-image is not created.

Is chosen to be an NFI image to make than this, as in version 3.0, in the same folder as the USB version.

On the USB-only version of this plugin is nothing changed except the version number then.

The plugin is not perfect because there is a menu in confirmation to be made, as it was, who I now misused to NFI choice.

Everything I have tested several times but were still crazy things in it I hear it.
