Create DreamboxEdit import files from KingOfSat 26-12-2010

Downloads satellite pages from w-w.KingOfSat.net and transforms them
into Services and Bouquet files for DreamboxEdit.

In addition create your own bouquet tree by draging/droping between 2 bouquet trees.
