I have this device for a few months now, and i must say overal it 's way better then my previous DB7025+

I have had a Dreambox 7000S for more than 5 years, and since nearly 4 months I owned a VU+ Duo receiver. I can say now that I made a great choice, because just before I was wondering if I buy a DM 800 S HD, but after checking their prices and capabilities I decided for the VU+. I past many hours on it trying many images and installing plugins and so on, and since a few weeks I got the multiboot working with BarryAllen, after trying meoboot with no success.

The DM800HD is a single tuner device and less responsive than the twin tuner version VU+ Duo.

Have tested both but choose the VU+.

I have now 3 tuners activated, 2 S2 tuners and one DVB-T Tuner (USB). Works perfect with the same enigma2 as used on the 8000HD or 800HD.

VU+ duo is best receiver I had so far, and I have tried many
Good response time, quiet, cool and well worth the money, I paid for mine £395 how much you bought yours

I've had my Duo since June. Paid £399 and very happy with it

It's really one of the best receivers on the market for a very good price.
Quality of the box is not lower than dreambox, I eaven think it's better than the dreambox hd receivers. Price vs quality is just fine.
