Generate bootlogo...! Bootlogohelper plugin

Generate bootlogo.jpg and bootlogo.mvi for Vu+..

Original image size must be 1280x720, placed in the /tmp, and named bottlogo.jpg...

Will this work on the Ultimo too? And which bootlogo is altered? I got a boot screen from VTI while I use OpenPli. Can I alter this bootscreen?
